Finding Home

Hello Dear Friends,

As many of you know, we’ve been on the search for a new place to live for many months now. Most of our belongings are in storage. We’ve moved around a bunch as we’ve been in the process of finding a more settled place to call home. Many of you’ve asked, “How do you stay peaceful, calm and centered in the midst of such transition?” We filmed a short, little video on what’s been helping us:

In the midst of this big transition, we’ve still been working. We’re excited to announce the release of our NEW Lotus Institute website! Through the process of finding a physical home we’ve been finding deep nourishment in creating a new online home. We hope you find it easy to navigate; chock full of supportive resources. It’s also reflective of the many additions to Lotus, including new board members and advisors, as well as a soon-to-be-released Virtual Academy for online classes and a podcast!

All of this has been possible because of Patreon. If you’re already a patron, thank you so much! It’s been helping Lotus finally refine, organize, and release the content students have been asking for. It’s also been a great community of support to bounce around ideas and share projects before they’re released to the public. If you’d like to jump on board, visit our Patreon page. You can join for as little as $1/month, and leave anytime you want. Because of Patreon, we’re also excited to announce that we’re working on making more retreat recordings available. Going forward, all retreat participants will receive free access to recordings of the retreat they attended. And, we’re also working on posting free recordings for participants of retreats from the last 2 years (where video/audio was recorded). Yahoo! Deep breaths. Hooray! Amen! If you attend (or have attended a retreat in the last 2 years), you’ll receive an email from either us or your retreat coordinators letting your know how to access recordings once they’re posted. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out. Contact us at support at thelotusinstitute dot org.

Slowly, more and more people are awakening to the ways and means that we individually and collectively create suffering for ourselves and one another. As this awakening happens we naturally search for ways to mitigate and heal this. We’re so grateful that there are practices to support this re-membering of our humanness. Thank you for choosing to learn and practice with us.

Best in Love,

Larry, Peggy (and Charlie)
