A Message from Peggy and Larry

The title “Inside the Cave of Angels” is from a calligraphy we saw on the wall in Thich Nhat Hanh’s room years ago:

When you are inside the cave of angels, don't leave without your transformation"

The cave of angels is a metaphor for our hearts and minds in meditation, our inner life hidden within our outer-life. A place where one can heal and transform suffering.
At this time in our lives, the transformation of suffering and the cultivation of deep peace and wisdom is very important to ourselves, families, communities and the world.
