A Window into Anam Cara

Uplifting each other on the spiritual path

On Tuesday, January 6, join us for a free, one-hour live gathering that offers a glimpse into our upcoming course, Anam Cara: Training in Spiritual Mentoring. In this special sneak peek, participants will experience teachings and practices drawn from the full course, opening into the deeper journey that begins on January 20.

At the heart of the course, and this event, is the question: as a spiritual mentor or leader, how do we show up with true presence for our friends, mentees, and communities? In Anam Cara, we explore this question through an intergenerational, non-hierarchical approach. We’ll weaving Buddhist teachings with practices from other wisdom schools, and learn core elements of trauma-informed mindfulness, including safety, resourcing, and collective regulation. Learn more about the course.

Event will be recorded and shared with everyone who registers. After the event, we’ll share a 10% discount that can be applied to your enrollment. Offered free of charge with donations to our continuation fundraiser deeply appreciated.
