Beginning Anew | Guided Meditation with Peggy Rowe Ward

Beginning Anew is to change your mind and heart, to transform and to help you cultivate your mind of love.
— Thich Nhat Hanh

Meditation on Beginning Anew

Join us for a meditation session with Peggy Rowe Ward, senior Dharma teacher, celebrated author of Love’s Garden, and co-founder of the Lotus Institute.

In these 30-minute sessions, Peggy creatively weaves together grounding exercises, visualization, silence, and poetry around a single theme or aspiration. Each practice offers a gentle way to settle into your body and calm your mind.

It is our Lotus Institute annual tradition, to begin each new year with a special meditation on Beginning Anew. In the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh and Plum Village, it is a practice for cultivating healthy relationships. It is also the practice for any significant event and time of year. The new year is a special invitation to begin anew.
