Beginning Anew | Meditation with Peggy Rowe Ward

MEDITATION

Beginning Anew in the Year of the Dragon

Welcome the new year in meditation with Peggy Rowe Ward as she artfully weaves together the practice of Beginning Anew with stories of the Lunar New Year and the continuation of Thich Nhat Hanh. We’ll have a guest musician and sangha friend, Kristin, join us to open and close with chanting.

This will be a session not to miss, filled with magic and music and dragons and fairies and more! All ages and experience levels are welcome. Join live for the full experience. Recording will be emailed to everyone who registers.

January is a transformative month here at Lotus and across the globe. A time for Beginning Anew, the Plum Village practice of looking deeply within ourselves and our relationships. A time to pay respects to Thich Nhat Hanh, and the 2-year anniversary of his passing. A time here at Lotus to get an early start to the Lunar New Year, and the auspicious Year of the Dragon, with the Oracle Reading, our annual dharma festival that takes place the day after this meditation.
