The word "apocalypse" means revelation. In today's times we may ask, "what is being revealed?" If we dare to look and listen to the natural world, we find a vast and resonant wisdom. Guided by dharma teachers Dr. Larry Ward and Kaira Jewel Lingo, participants at this workshop will allow the power of the natural world to heal and guide in these challenging times.
We will learn to:
Develop equanimity and maintain centeredness
Deepen trust in life and self-compassion
Meet the individual and collective pain of these times with an open heart and clear mind
Practices offered: Sitting, walking, and lying meditations, movement, periods of silence, talks, and rituals that open us to the nourishing and transformative powers in and around us.
