Silent Meditation

facilitated by Lotus teachers and community members

This monthly practice unfolds in a simple, flexible rhythm: a grounding exercise, followed by 20 minutes of silent meditation, and a closing poem or prayer to carry into the day.  Sometimes what opens the practice closes it, and what closes it becomes the beginning.

Available only to Lotus members. Membership includes access to five monthly events, a curated weekly practice, a supportive community of practitioners, generous discounts for courses, and more. Plans begin at $15/month.
