Sound & Stillness with Diana
Diana will offer a sound meditation, a gentle bath of gong, singing bowls, and chimes that invites the body to soften and the mind to grow still. In our tradition, sound has always been a doorway to presence. The bell of mindfulness calls us home to this moment, and here we let its resonance carry us deeper.
There is nothing to do and nothing to achieve. You are welcome to sit or lie down, close your eyes, and simply receive in the most comfortable and nourishing way. Come rest in the sound and let yourself be held by the community and the vibration alike.
