Gong Bath & Sound Meditation
Get in Tune with wondrousound
Relax into the present moment and allow sound to guide you into a deep state of rest and renewal. Integrating mindfulness, sound, and silence with a 45-minute gong immersion passed on by Don Conreaux, this online session, led by wondrousound, gently invites body-heart-mind into functional harmony.
Through resonant gong vibrations, tender voice, and guitar, you’ll enter a space of stillness, attuning to the wondrous sounds of life within and around you. Tension releases, the nervous system harmonizes, and space opens for clarity, possibility, and joy.
By reconnecting with our true resonance, we awaken harmony within and ripple it into the collective, supporting the blooming of wellbeing in ourselves and in the world.

Learn more about sound meditation
Body & Nervous System: The vibrations stimulate deep relaxation, release muscular tension, and help synchronize brain hemispheres, supporting parasympathetic (rest & digest) activation.
Mind & Conscious Layers: Participants often move from surface thoughts into deeper states of awareness, allowing insight, clarity, and emotional release. Sensations, memories, and thoughts have the opportunity to settle, process, and integrate.
Heart & Energy: The resonances of gong, voice and guitar can help recalibrate subtle energy systems, opening space for presence, intuition, and a felt sense of interconnection.
Overall Effect: The practice blends mindfulness, sound, and silence to harmonize body-heart-mind, leaving participants grounded, clear, and attuned for the benefit of all.
