Day of Mindfulness with Dr. Peggy Rowe Ward & Diane Little Eagle
Dear friends,
We’re delighted to return to beautiful Cape Cod, Massachusetts, for a Day of Mindfulness led by senior Dharma teachers Dr. Peggy Rowe Ward and Diane Little Eagle.
Taking place on Saturday, June 6, in the town of Orleans, this special day will offer a creative and nourishing blend of activities, including seated meditation, walking meditation, Dharma teachings, mindful movement, music, and a shared lunch.
Everyone is welcome to attend. The event is hosted by First Light Sangha. Registration is $30 USD.

Meet the Teachers
Dr. Peggy Rowe Ward
Peggy is the co-founder and guiding teacher of the Lotus Institute. She is a world renowned spiritual teacher, ordained in the Plum Village tradition by Thich Nhat Hanh. Peggy is the co-author of Love’s Garden: A Guide to Mindful Relationships. For over 40 years, she has been dedicated to supporting the healing and transformation of all people through retreats, spiritual direction, university courses, Dharma talks and more. Peggy offers a path of deep insight that enables her students to discover and embody their most creative and authentic selves.
Diane Little Eagle
Diane is an Alaska Native, Canadian Native, and Austrian. She started meditating in the early 70s, studying with Maharishi, learning Transcendental Meditation and receiving advanced training. In the early 80s she started studying with Thich Nhat Hanh and became a dharma teacher in the Plum Village tradition in 2018. Diane has also studied with Khentrul Rinpoche, Garchen Rinpoche, The Dalai Lama, Tukulu Yeshe and her Elders...they all have taught her so so much.
