Silent Meditation

facilitated by Lotus teachers and community members

In this monthly practice, we begin with a short poem or grounding exercise, continue with 20 minutes of silent meditation, and close with a dedication of merit or prayer to carry into the rest of the day.

Available only to Lotus members. Membership includes access to five monthly events, a curated weekly practice, a supportive community of practitioners, generous discounts for courses, and more. Plans begin at $12/month.
